New Management
In the past two years, Koala Cottage has built up a fine reputation for excellence in all areas of hospitality. Dee and Lynne Templeton have recently taken over the ownership and their aim is to not only maintain the high standards already achieved but, if possible, to improve upon them.
As Lynne says, "Our motto is that nothing is ever too much trouble. We're concentrating on perfecting our first class experience and have our guests leave feeling like they've had a unique and pampered experience."

Koala Cottage named as top romantic retreat
Koala Cottage Retreat is excited to have been featured in REAL magazine as one of the best three romantic retreats in the UK.
Unique Boutique Retreat
Koala Cottage was built in 2006 after three years of painstaking work and dedication. What emerged was the realisation of the dream: a wonderful retreat ready to welcome couples looking for somewhere superior to celebrate their special occasions.
Described as a "unique boutique retreat", Koala Cottage is aimed at visitors wishing to celebrate a special occasion in style. There are three suites to choose from, all of which are fitted out with king-size beds, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, private dining facilities and opulent bathrooms. A jacuzzi and sauna is available at no extra charge as well as a gourmet 'country breakfast' served in the conservatory.
Owner Dee Templeton and her daughter Lynne have taken over the project from previous owners Ric and Maggie Hilton. "Ric and Maggie worked very hard building Koala Cottage and making it a special place to stay," said Dee. "We want to build on the excellent reputation they created and keep our guests wanting to come back for more. We're very excited."
